The Savings Match Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower women in CFAC’s long-term residential program as they prepare to transition into independent living. Now in its fourth year, the program supports women in crisis through building financial stability, a crucial step toward resilience.

“United is thrilled to support the Children & Family Advocacy Center and their Savings Match Program,” said Stephanie Riffle, Regional Vice President for United in Arkansas. “This donation reflects our commitment to supporting organizations that make a difference in the communities we serve. We are especially excited to provide financial wellness and literacy resources to program participants, helping them achieve financial well-being as they complete the CFAC program.”

CFAC has been a trusted resource for children and families affected by abuse since its founding in 1989. The center provides a wide range of no-cost services including advocacy, forensic interviews, medical evaluations, mental health support, and long-term residential care. CFAC’s mission is to restore lives affected by trauma and break the cycle of abuse by building resilient families.

The Savings Match Program offers a $1,000 match to clients who save at least $1,000 during their stay and maintain that amount at graduation. This matched contribution provides a critical financial cushion as clients move into their own homes and take on new responsibilities. In collaboration with the CFAC Enrichment Program, residential clients also receive ongoing financial education covering key topics such as budgeting, savings, credit, mortgages, higher education, and retirement planning.

“We are incredibly grateful for United’s generous support of our Savings Match Program,” said Brooke Boles, Director of Development at CFAC. “This partnership allows us to continue providing financial assistance to program participants through the end of 2025. It’s a powerful way to recognize their hard work and help them build a foundation for a safer, more self-reliant future.”

United’s donation will help CFAC continue its legacy as a pillar of individual, comprehensive, and trauma-informed care in Benton County. By supporting the Savings Match Program, United is helping to make a lasting generational impact on families affected by trauma.

For those affected by trauma, every pinwheel is a story of resilience. Through long-standing essential services, CFAC provides the resources needed for children and families in our community. By breaking the cycle of abuse, CFAC makes a lasting generational impact. To get involved and help build resilience for those served at the Center, please visit www.cfacebentonco.com/get-involved.
