- Receive reports automatically via email
- Add other [Issuer] Visa Business employee cards that are linked to your company's account
- Customize how often you receive reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Have reports automatically emailed to additional recipients
- Choose your preferred report format (HTML, PDF, Excel, XML, CSV or TAB)
Choose up to five different reports:
1. Cardholder Summary [Sample PDF]
Recap spending for each individual card by calendar month. Purchase amounts are organized into eight general merchant categories (business services, materials and supplies, general merchandise, travel, lodging, meals and entertainment, vehicle and cash advances).
2. Cardholder Detail [Sample PDF]
See details of each purchase (date, merchant name, location and amount) for every registered card. Purchases are grouped within the eight merchant categories.
3. Company Summary [Sample PDF]
Recap combined spending of all registered cards by calendar month and merchant category.
4. Spending Summary [Sample PDF]
Recap of spending for each registered card by merchant category. Includes period and year-to-date purchases and returns, as well as average period spending for each merchant category.
5. Spending Detail [Sample PDF]
Our most detailed report. Spending summary for each registered card by the specific merchants in each merchant category. (Allows you to analyze spending at individual merchants.)
To sign up for VIS Select, all you need is a valid Diamond Business VISA credit or debit card number. Once you enroll, you can log on anytime to review your account.
