Mobile Text Banking

If you have a mobile device capable of receiving text messages, staying on top of your finances just got a whole lot easier. Whether at work, school, or standing in line at the grocery store, you can get immediate access to your account balances and transaction history from almost anywhere! To get started, register your mobile device through PowerLink (online banking).

  1. Sign on to PowerLink
  2. Click the Text Banking link, and then re-enter your Member Number and PowerLink Password to register.
  3. Complete a few enrollment steps and you are ready to begin receiving text banking messages when you want them. Standard text message rates may apply from your wireless provider.

After you enroll your mobile device, simply text UFCU BAL or UFCU HIST to 21443 to check your account balances or to see if a check has cleared your account. The following is a full list of commands that you can use with United Text Banking:

  • UFCU BAL - Get a balance update on your Savings, Money Market and Checking accounts.
  • UFCU HISTView the last three transactions on your Savings, Money Market and Checking accounts.
  • UFCU CMD - Receive a list of valid commands that are supported with Text Banking.
  • UFCU HELP - Obtain support and help contact information for United.

 

 We also recommend adding United (21443) to your mobile address book to make it easy to message us.
