    About United
     
    United Federal Credit Union has a long and rich history spanning some sixty years. The Credit Union has grown to serve over 95,000 members located worldwide and manages in excess of $1.1 billion in assets. Today, United Federal Credit Union provides a vast array of financial products and services, from traditional deposit and loan products to alternative investments and financial planning services.
     
    In addition to serving Whirlpool, Clark Equipment and affiliated companies, membership is available to over 900 Corporate Members and to any individual who either lives, works, worships, volunteers or attends school in designated "investment" areas within proximity to our branch offices in Southwest Michigan, Fort Smith and Van Buren, Arkansas, Reno and Sparks, Nevada, Fletcher and Statesville, North Carolina, and Marion, Ohio.     How It All Began 
    United Federal Credit Union
    Founded in 1949 by employees from the Nineteen Hundred Corporation and later became the Whirlpool Employees Credit Union. Renamed First Resource Federal Credit Union in 1992. And then in 2006 became United Federal Credit Union.
